Sandhill cranes and Mule deer

These three Sandhill cranes were not shy about moving into and using the same small meadow that these mule deer were using. They flew right at the deer forcing them to move aside slightly and then landed and began feeding. The deer acted as if this was a regular occurrence and were soon feeding side by side with the cranes.
