Perfect Two Point Landing - Sandhill Crane

This Sandhill crane is making a perfect two point landing after carefully selecting it's spot. This section of water is called "the Flight deck" because it is one of the main areas the Snow geese and Sandhill cranes arrive and leave from each day. There is a wooden observation deck built out over the water for visitors to use to watch the action as it unfolds. You want to get there early for the sunrise or sunset to get a place to set up and shoot as it is filled to the brim with photographers and other interested observers.
