France 013 - Entry light - beauty in cast iron

The details that abound every where you look are another compelling feature of looking at the city. The simplest object, like the entry entry light in this image, are works of art. I find that I take most of my detail photos the first few days I'm in a new place, after that they begin to recede into the background due to familiarity. When that happens you sometimes have to jar yourself and remember, this is different, this is new, shoot it.
