France 124 - 45 Kilometers an hour is Not 45 miles an hour

I did not learn to drive in France or even Europe for that matter. I just state that as a fact not as an excuse, so the only thing I am going to say about this image is that 45 kilometers is not 45 miles an hour. Be aware.
